Merchandise with a manufacturer's warranty is sold with the manufacturer's warranty extended to the buyer. We will gladly assist you in achieving the manufacturer's warranty fulfillment. A "Warranty" link on each tire model's product page provides specific tire information. Here you can search for your tire by brand.
There are no warranties, express or implied, other than relevant manufacturer's warranties, including any claim of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Return for Refund or Exchange
All returns must be inspected by a Dually Wheels returns specialist and must be made within 30 days after delivery to be approved. Only unused, undamaged product that has not been driven on is eligible for return.
Orders picked up at one of our distribution sites are only eligible for a same-day return or exchange. Orders must be assessed by a returns specialist beyond that period to be eligible for an exchange or credit. Allow 2-3 business days for the credit to be processed.
Claims for Shipping and Damage
Please call Dually Wheels' customer service department if your shipment contains a damaged or inaccurate item. We will notify the shipper of the damage and make arrangements for a replacement or exchange. We will arrange for the return of damaged items if it is completely repackaged in the original packaging.
